A viral video on Reddit titled "The service is good but the waiter seems in a bit of a hurry" has captured the internet's attention with its amusing portrayal of a young waiter who appears to be in quite a rush. The video features a child energetically serving customers with quick "thank yous" and a noticeable urgency, leaving viewers both entertained and intrigued.

The transcript of the video includes repetitive expressions of gratitude: "Thank you sir, thank you. Thank you sir. Thank you. Thank you, thank you buddy. Bye. She's like speeding." This snippet aptly captures the young waiter's hurried demeanor.

The comments section has been buzzing with a variety of humorous and insightful reactions to the video. One user humorously noted, "This is how u get that 15 years experience when u are 20 years old." Another added, "Who would've thought that child labor could be so cute."

Drawing comparisons to personal experiences, a user recounted an amusing visit to Costco where a bagger ran across the store to fetch a free bag of bagels for them, only for the bagels to go moldy before they could be consumed.

The community also shared thoughts on child involvement in family businesses. One user commented, "O Letting your child help with the restaurant you own - Good idea," while another joked, "X Letting your child help fly your plane - Bad idea."

A reference to the popular TV show Bob's Burgers was also made, with one user saying, "Nice spinoff on bob’s burgers lol." Others chimed in with light-hearted remarks like, "His name must be Gonzales....." and "Best waiter."

The young waiter's enthusiasm was praised, with comments such as "He needs a raise lol" and "Slow down man you’re making us look bad." One observant viewer pointed out, "The little hop!" adding to the charm of the video.

Clarifications on service roles were also made, as one user explained, "people, he’s a runner not a waiter. the person who brings out the food is called a runner. He gets it." This insight was followed by another comment, "This must be what job qualifications mean when they say they want someone who is young but with a minimum of 15 years experience."

The apparent shortage of staff was noted by a user who remarked, "The restaurant seems a bit short staffed." Meanwhile, the debate on child labor was addressed with comments like, "Child Labor I bet this kid wanted to help out. It's not work for him, he's having a blast," and "That's classic kiddy logic: why walk when running is faster? Gotta run everywhere. It only makes sense."

The overall sentiment was captured in comments like "Cute as heck" and "Anything worth doing, is worth doing AS FAST AS YOU CAN!" One user related the video to their experience playing the game Overcooked, stating, "This is me playing overcooked."

The video showcases a young waiter who is clearly having a great time and providing excellent service, albeit with a bit of haste. This charming and humorous clip has resonated with many, demonstrating that even in the hustle and bustle of a busy restaurant, there's always room for a little fun and a lot of heart.

I've been to Costco exactly once in my life. I grabbed a bag of bagels and went to the checkout. The cashier announced, "sir, these are buy one get one free". Immediately the guy bagging groceries ran off to the other side of the store and ran back with another bag of bagels. Sadly it was so many bagels they all got moldy three days later before I could eat all of them.
