  • Device, browser, and operating system information
  • IP address and approximate location derived from IP
  • Usage logs, page views, actions taken, timestamps, and diagnostic records
  • Security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-monitoring logs
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect the Service, and understand usage

Payments are processed by payment providers. We do not store your full payment card number. We may receive limited billing information such as:

  • Plan or subscription tier
  • Billing status
  • Transaction IDs

2.5 Information from third parties

We may receive limited information from third parties that help us operate the Service, such as payment processors, authentication providers, fraud-prevention providers, communications providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, and AI or media-processing providers.

2.6 Sensitive data warning

Examples include:

  • Government ID numbers
  • Financial account numbers
  • Health information
  • Precise location information
  • Biometric identifiers or templates
  • Sensitive personal information about another person

If you submit this kind of information, we may process and store it as part of operating the Service, responding to support issues, enforcing our policies, and meeting legal obligations.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Generate, store, render, and deliver the videos and assets you request
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests

  • Detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, infringement, harmful content, and other policy violations
  • Monitor service performance, debug issues, and maintain reliability
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, security, and service improvement where permitted by law.

4. AI Processing and Third-Party Providers

4.1 What may be shared for processing

To create videos and related assets, we may share relevant request data with third-party providers that help us process the request. This can include prompts, scripts, uploaded files, generation settings, and related context needed to complete the requested feature.

Providers may include, for example:

  • AI model providers
  • Speech synthesis and media-processing providers
  • Hosting, storage, rendering, and infrastructure providers
  • Email, support, analytics, and security providers
  • Payment processors

4.2 Personal information in AI inputs

We do not intentionally include basic account identity fields such as your account email address in AI model requests unless needed to operate the Service. If you include personal information inside prompts, scripts, uploads, or other request content, that information may be processed by third-party providers as part of your request.

4.3 Voice, face, likeness, and other sensitive media

If you submit audio, video, images, or text that include a person's voice, face, likeness, signature, or other identifying or sensitive material, we may process that content to provide the requested feature.

You are responsible for making sure you have all rights, notices, and consents required to submit that content and to authorize us and our providers to process it.

4.4 Provider terms and policies

Third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We share what we reasonably believe is needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.

5. Studio Videos and Outputs

5.1 Private by default

Studio videos and outputs are intended for the account that created them. We do not publish your Studio videos to public social networks, public galleries, or other public channels without your permission.

5.2 Your use of your videos

Subject to third-party rights, our Terms of Service, and your compliance with applicable law, you may use and publish videos you create with the Service. You are responsible for how you use, publish, distribute, disclose, or monetize those videos.

5.3 Internal retention and review

We may retain copies of prompts, uploads, previews, rendered outputs, logs, and related records for quality assurance, customer support, abuse review, security, billing, dispute handling, legal compliance, backup recovery, and service records.

The fact that a render download link expires or a file is no longer shown in your dashboard does not necessarily mean all related records have been deleted from our internal systems.

6. Safety, Fraud, and Abuse Monitoring

We may review, analyze, and preserve account information, usage data, prompts, uploads, outputs, billing signals, and logs to:

  • Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and account compromise
  • Investigate harmful, illegal, or abusive content and behavior
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and other policies
  • Protect our users, the public, our providers, and the Service

This review may involve automated systems, provider tooling, and human review.

If we believe it is necessary or are required to do so, we may preserve or disclose relevant information in connection with child safety matters, threats of harm, fraud, impersonation, intellectual property complaints, other legal claims, or law-enforcement requests.

7. How We Share Information

We may share information in the following situations:

  • Service providers that help us host, store, render, secure, support, analyze, communicate, and bill for the Service
  • AI and media-processing providers that help us create requested outputs
  • Payment and fraud-prevention providers that help us process transactions and reduce abuse
  • Team members and team admins when you choose to use shared workspace or team features
  • Legal and safety disclosures when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, address child safety concerns, or enforce our agreements
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the Service
  • Maintain account records
  • Complete transactions and keep accounting records
  • Secure the Service and investigate abuse
  • Resolve disputes and enforce agreements
  • Meet legal obligations

Retention periods vary depending on the type of data and how it is used.

8.1 Dashboard availability vs. internal retention

Rendered videos may have limited dashboard or download-link availability windows. For example, some user-facing render links may expire after a fixed number of days, while internal copies and records may remain longer for support, quality assurance, abuse review, business records, legal compliance, and service integrity.

8.2 Account deletion requests

If your account deletion request is approved, we aim to remove or anonymize personal information associated with your account where reasonably practical. Even after approved deletion, we may retain certain records where reasonably needed for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Abuse investigations
  • Accounting and audit requirements
  • Quality assurance and service records
  • Backup recovery and service integrity

This can include prompts, uploads, rendered files, logs, support records, billing records, and other operational records where retention is justified.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for promptly notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Your Choices and Rights

10.1 Account controls

You may be able to manage some preferences through your account. Studio users may also be able to submit account deletion requests through account settings. Deletion requests may be reviewed before approval to help prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized account actions.

10.2 Basic privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about certain personal data we hold about you. In some jurisdictions, you may also have rights to data portability, objection, restriction, or appeal.

10.3 California notice

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California law to know about, access, correct, or delete certain personal information, subject to exceptions. We do not sell your personal information.

10.4 EEA and UK users

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have rights under applicable law to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to certain processing, or request portability of certain personal data, subject to exceptions. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

11. International Users

If you use the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly provide the Service to people under 18 in violation of applicable law.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18 in violation of law, or that the Service is being used in connection with exploitative content involving a child, we may remove the content, restrict the account, preserve relevant records, and make appropriate reports where required or permitted.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version and update the "Last Updated" date above. If we make a material change, we may also provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the updated version takes effect means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
