In a recent video that has taken the internet by storm, an undercover operation by the state's law enforcement agency has exposed a rather amusing encounter between a pot dealer and a female undercover police officer. The video captures the defendant, Enrique Cruz, engaging in a series of exchanges with the undercover officer, ultimately leading to his arrest on charges of selling marijuana.

During the undercover operation, the state had the defendant on tape conducting multiple transactions with the female officer. However, what truly caught everyone's attention was the defendant's bold attempts at flirting with the undercover officer. On the audio tape, he can be heard saying, "Girl, you're thicker than a bowl of oatmeal," in an attempt to charm his way into her good graces.

The video has sparked a flurry of reactions from viewers, with many finding the situation both entertaining and puzzling. Some commenters questioned the relevance of the defendant's flirtatious behavior to the charges against him, expressing doubts about the prosecution's case. Others found the entire situation absurd, deeming the charges as unnecessary for what they consider a victimless crime.

One commenter even joked, "Now, was he right?! I needed him to bring the evidence to court." This sentiment was echoed by many who expressed curiosity about the judge's reaction to the defendant's unconventional approach.

The video has also ignited a debate among viewers regarding the legality of hitting on undercover female officers and the severity of selling marijuana charges. Some commenters questioned if flirting with an undercover officer should be considered a crime, while others criticized the criminalization of marijuana sales, considering it a joke and a waste of taxpayers' money.

In the midst of the humorous exchanges, one commenter shed light on the defendant's criminal history, revealing that this was not his first encounter with the law. According to the commenter, Enrique Cruz is a repeat felon who has been imprisoned multiple times. They shared a link to an episode of the TV show "Lock Up," which provides further details about Cruz's criminal past.

While the video has left many in stitches, it serves as a reminder of the complex nature of law enforcement and the diverse perspectives surrounding the legality of certain actions. The viral nature of this video has led some to question the effectiveness of the justice system and even express hope for the defendant's release if marijuana is decriminalized in the future.

As the internet continues to buzz with reactions to this entertaining encounter, one thing remains certain: the smooth-talking pot dealer and his unconventional approach have captured the attention and amusement of viewers worldwide. Only time will tell how this case unfolds in court, but for now, it serves as a quirky reminder that even in the world of law enforcement, humor can find its way into the most unexpected places.

As funny as it is, why is that included? Okay I'm no lawyer so I dunno how this s*** works, but I don't see how that's relevant to his charges. Also the charges are f***ing stupid but whatever.

I wasn't aware that hitting on a woman via a lame line was a crime.

Enrique Cruz, he is a repeat felon and this is the 7th time he has been put in prison. In this case he was claiming to have been trying to clean up his act. This scene is from the TV show Lock Up. Weird website layout, but it starts talking about the guy in the fourth panel and he did worse things than hit on a cop and sell weed: https://archive.org/details/MSNBCW_20150718_080000_Lockup
