In a recent video, a thought-provoking philosopher and poet raises important questions about the kind of society and culture we should strive for. He envisions a world where guns and bombs are no longer manufactured, where war is not a constant presence, and where the air, land, and sea are not polluted.

The philosopher emphasizes the need for respect, not only for each other but also for the planet we call home and all the other life forms that share it with us. He advocates for a completely sustainable way of life that benefits all living beings, transforming mankind into a symbiotic life form that supports the life of its host planet rather than depleting it.

During the video, the philosopher shares his current experience on a train journey to Auschwitz, a place of immense tragedy. He admits that this journey brings him no joy or reason to celebrate. It serves as a stark reminder of the atrocities of the past and the importance of creating a better future.

The video has garnered a variety of reactions from viewers. One comment reflects the sentiment that such a society may not be achieved in our lifetime but encourages voting for compassion, grace, and understanding instead of money, power, and respect. Another commenter expresses a deep connection with the philosopher's words, acknowledging the profound impact they have had.

Quoting Einstein, one viewer ponders the weapons of future wars and suggests that conflict may eventually reduce humanity to using basic tools like sticks and stones. Another comment suggests the necessity of a united Earth, where countries work together and prioritize the preservation of our planet over their own individual rules and traditions.

A viewer identifies the philosopher as Balin Hobbs, a renowned poet and philosopher, providing links to his work for those interested in exploring more. This leads another commenter to question why individuals like Balin Hobbs are not in positions of power, suggesting that those who truly merit such positions should occupy them.

While some comments express admiration and a desire to emulate the philosopher's ideals, others raise valid concerns. One viewer points out the need to stop prioritizing profit above all else, while another questions how shareholders might react to such a radical shift in priorities.

A few comments take a more skeptical view, suggesting that the philosopher may be influenced by what they call the "woke mind virus" or advocating for extreme actions such as "eating the rich." Others highlight the challenges of self-control and population control in achieving a sustainable future.

Despite the varying opinions, the video sparks important conversations about the state of our society and the urgent need to address environmental issues. It reminds us that the rate at which we continue to harm the planet through pollution and unsustainable practices is simply not sustainable.

The philosopher's vision of a sustainable, respectful society serves as an inspiration for us all. While achieving this vision may seem daunting, it is essential that we strive for a future where humanity and the planet can coexist harmoniously. Let us reflect on his words and take action to create a better world for future generations.

Not in your or my lifetime, friend. I’m so sorry. I’m tired, too. Maybe when we start voting for compassion, grace, and understanding instead of money, power, and respect. Be well.

I don't know what weapons they'll fight WWIII with, but they'll fight WWIV with sticks and stones - Einstein, probably

We need an earth union, I do not see adults between all politicians, no country is going to work as one. Of course culture and traditions are important and can be kept up, but when every country has there own rules we will get to nothing and destroy for sure our lovely planet

If you are not prepared to commit violence then you should get comfortable with whatever world the people who are prepared to commit violence want.

Why oh why don't we have people like him in positions of power who actually merit being there instead of the idiots we have.
