Once a coworker decided to take a conference room as his personal office. We planted a tiny device in the exposed woodwork that randomly chirps several times per day. The sound drove him crazy in short order and he moved back to his cubicle. Watching him search the room a few times per day was simply delicious.

I would repeatedly set my coworks default browser to IE. Also he had massive distain for the starwars prequels so for the game we were developing i went into the command line file and changed his default player name to "ilovejarjarbinks" so he saw that every time logged in.

I used to take the batteries out of a mean coworker’s mouse every night and I would loosen the cables on the back of her PC so when she slammed the mouse on the desk, it would shake her cables loose and the keyboard would stop working or her monitors would turn off.

I had a coworker manipulate and harass me for years. Claimed I Never did any work to hide that she wasn't doing the work. So..I slowly began to get the trust and respect of every manager I could, move departments and left her with the mountain of work I had in my previous position. It's absolutely satisfying to watch her fail miserably....and people know she's s***ty...it's gratifying AF

This is immature. A professional would also sometimes change the colours to really confuse him.

1/ I share a work area with a team of all Gen Z’s who all have zero concept of workplace etiquette. Zoom meetings with no headphones, putting the phone on speaker while they’re on hold so they don’t have to wait and pay attention, talking constantly at near-shouting volume - one guy who is particularly awful. I screenshat his desktop, changed it to his background and moved his desktop files/folders into another location. He spent 45 min whinging about it trying different mouses, restarting b4
