Ed Motta from Brazil!

Skullwriter

For those who don't know, both of those guys are legends in Brazil, Jô Soares (rest in peace) was a sharp comedian at the start of his career, and a highly regarded intellectual who also went through a lot during the dictatorship. Many still remember his end motto "Beijo do Gordo!" (A kiss from the fatso!) Ed Motta is, well you just saw him singing in english without knowing english, that alone tells you how good he is.

Opera singers do likewise, often singing in languages they don’t actually speak.
