Have you ever come across someone wearing a distinctive green and red uniform and wondered what it represented? This intriguing image has been circulating on social media, accompanied by a bold warning that the individuals donning this attire are not affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). But who are they, and why is there such controversy surrounding their organization?

The image showcases a person dressed in a predominantly green uniform with red accent panels on the shoulders. While the details of the badge adorning their left chest remain unclear, it is evident that this person has been cropped from a larger photo. Interestingly, they are raising their left hand, possibly involved in a salute or a customary gesture associated with their uniform. Adding to the intrigue, a blue wristband wraps around their raised arm.

Overlaying this thought-provoking image is a text block that sheds light on the context. The message boldly states, "If you see anyone in this uniform - green and red - They are NOT Boy Scouts, they broke off once BSA started allowing gay kids in. Now they run their own little organization and breed hatred into these kids. Do NOT buy anything from them." This statement expresses a charged and critical viewpoint about the organization linked to the featured uniform.

While we cannot confirm the veracity of the claims made in the text, it is essential to address the concerns raised. The text implies that this separate group, distinct from the BSA, emerged following the inclusion of gay youth within the Boy Scouts. Allegedly, this group formed their own organization, utilizing the green and red uniform, and is accused of instilling hatred in the young individuals under their influence.

Unsurprisingly, this image and its accompanying message have sparked a range of reactions from social media users. Some express their discomfort and concern, highlighting potential dangers associated with such an organization. Others draw comparisons to historical groups, leading to heated debates about the intentions and ideologies behind this new entity. Strong opinions have emerged, both in support and opposition to the group depicted in the image.

It is important to note that the comments mentioned above reflect the thoughts and emotions of individuals responding to this image. We present them here to provide a glimpse into the varied perspectives surrounding this topic. However, it is crucial to approach these opinions with critical thinking and an open mind.

This disturbs me.

Once upon a time, I was a Scoutmaster. There were always two elements in the BSA, those who followed the basic teachings of Robert Baden-Powell, and those who used the BSA as an arm of their own indoctrination. Seeing things like this, I am sure that Sir Baden-Powell is spinning in his grave.

Hitler youth anyone?

Always 2 adults. Youth protection training taken every year requires it. Also it's Scouts BSA now that girls can join. Registered adult leader with a girl in a troop here.

"Church-based, Christ-centered, Boy-focused mentoring and discipleship journey that speaks to the heart of a boy" has got to be the perfect combination of words to make me believe that children should not be within a mile of this group.

Yea, sure I'll allow religious zealots to take my kid into the woods overnight, unsupervised. What's the worst that could happen?

I dropped out of BSA because the scoutmaster was a bit of a weirdo and there was a bunch of mandatory religious stuff I had no interest in. The outdoor stuff was fun though.
