At least you have the maturity to not impulsively create a human being and subject them to a lifetime of consequences stemming from childhood instability, so you've got that going for you, which is nice.

I had a miscarriage at 25 and honestly it saved me. I'm an older mom (at 36) now, with friends who didn't have their first until their early 40s. I hope the best for you. Good on you for making the hard choice. I am so very sorry for what you're going through.

You don't need to justify to ANYONE the decision to not share your organs and risk your life. I hope circumstances pick up for you and you can build your life the way you want to; for now, there is absolutely nothing wrong with handling challenges in the ways that suit you best.
