Amazing how the supposedly "normal" family traditions get thrown out the window when a country lacks sustainable housing and healthcare.

I'm glad. You don't need to be married to love someone and be devoted to them. Marriage just brings the government into your relationship.

Did I killed the wedding industry?

well i'm one who did marry. 20 years this year - aint having kids tho. humanity is doomed, and h*** if I'm going to bring a life in to that incoming h***scape. I will happily adopt dogs tho. as dogs are the best people and deserve all the love we can give them.

Can't fuel the divorce rate if you never get married

Stop making debt be transferred to partner and more of us will get married.

My brain broke at "40 years old millenials" and it doesn't seem to recover as of now

We're doing our part! Almost 40, never married and don't see that ever happening. No kids either, I got a vasectomy earlier this year to make sure there are no accidents. That being said, my partner and I are madly in love and are committed to each other but we don't see a reason to involve the government in our love. We're also not religious so there's no motivation from that front either.
