In an astonishing video, a YouTuber encountered what he described as the worst fish tank in the universe while browsing through Facebook Marketplace. The post titled "old fish tank has a live fish and frogs" featured a tank filled with black, murky water, yet astonishingly, it claimed to house live fish and frogs.

Determined to save the aquatic life, the YouTuber purchased the tank for $20 and embarked on an extraordinary mission to rescue and rehabilitate its inhabitants. Upon bringing the tank home, he discovered the water was heavily contaminated, making immediate action necessary.

Using water testing strips, he identified numerous issues with the water quality. To ensure the safety of the fish and frogs, he quickly set up a temporary tank, adding healthy quick-start bacteria. After several hours of filtration, the water became clear enough to see through.

The YouTuber successfully rescued the African dwarf frogs and a unique black COI Loach, both of which were miraculously still in good health. These frogs are known for their ability to survive fully underwater, while the black COI Loach is a fascinating, snake-like fish.

The encouraging rescue mission then turned into a transformative project. The YouTuber set out to completely revamp the neglected tank into a thriving, beautiful aquatic habitat.

Witness the full transformation and the incredible journey of rescuing and revitalizing these resilient creatures. Watch the video now to see the astonishing before-and-after results and learn more about the dedication and care involved in this remarkable aquarium makeover.
