A touching and funny scene unfolded recently at a local store when the manager decided to help an exhausted bird by giving it some food. Little did anyone know, this simple act would lead to a swarm of birds, creating what onlookers have dubbed "Bird Hollywoods." The video of this event has captivated viewers and sparked a series of amusing reactions online.

One Reddit user humorously commented, "Excuse me but I’m also dying," echoing the sentiment shared by many who were entertained by the birds' antics. Another comment drew a historical parallel, recounting how Emperor Hadrian once gave gold and land to a veteran he saw struggling. The next day, the baths were filled with men scratching themselves against pillars, hoping for similar generosity. "I’m really pleased to see this play out in bird form," the user concluded.

The video also sparked a playful debate on bird intelligence. One user remarked, "Humans: have scientific debates on bird intelligence, recognize that some of them are trainable. Birds: have scientific debates on human intelligence, recognize that some of them are trainable."

Amid the laughter, some comments highlighted the birds' clever behavior. "This is both an ‘animals do something funny’ video, and a genuinely fascinating display of intelligence in these birds," one user observed. Another simply coined the term "Bird Hollywoods" to describe the scene.

The video features several amusing moments, including one bird collapsing dramatically with its wing over its buddy's face, prompting a user to comment, "At 0:13 the one collapses in just the right way to put his wing over his buddy’s face. 🤣🤣🤣" Another user humorously imagined the birds' dialogue: "Please, human, I am too weak - GET THE F*** OUT OF MY SPOT NEIL - human, human please...."

The comedic comparisons continued with stories of other animals' antics, such as a dog shivering to come inside in 70-degree weather or a squirrel that got under a broom. One user shared a story about a local monkey at a temple who would use his missing arm to garner sympathy and treats from visitors.

This delightful and unexpected encounter at the store has not only provided laughs but also a fascinating glimpse into bird behavior. The video has left many viewers in awe of the birds' intelligence and acting skills, with one user summing it up perfectly: "Dammit with that good acting I would feed all of them."

The Emperor Hadrian was visiting the baths one day when he saw a man scratching himself against a pillar. Hadrian recognised the man as a veteran from one of his campaigns, and went over to ask what was up. It turned out that the veteran was too poor to pay for a slave to scrape his back for him. Hadrian immediately gave the veteran a purse of gold and a grant of land, deploring that a man who had fought so valiantly for Rome should have been so poorly served. When the Emperor came back the next day, predictably the whole baths was filled with men scr***** themselves against every available surface. Hadrian sighed, and told them to scratch each other’s backs. I’m really pleased to see this play out in bird form.
