A recent video on Reddit titled "Man bullied for running" has sparked significant reactions online. The video showcases a comedian engaging with an audience member, who is revealed to be a runner, and the exchange highlights the judgment and ridicule the runner faces.

The interaction begins with the comedian asking, "You run? Okay, nice. One of those. Do you feel judged a lot as a runner?" The runner responds affirmatively, prompting the comedian to dig deeper into the nature of the ridicule. The runner shares, "People have been just coming at you for running your entire life and all you've been doing is just trying to run away from them." The comedian's follow-up questions reveal that the runner is often teased by colleagues at a bank, despite the bank hosting community runs.

This standup routine has stirred a range of emotions among viewers. One commenter expressed disbelief, stating, "Imagine getting bullied for doing something good for yourself that has no effect on others. Guy needs to find a new job and new friends. What a bunch of losers." Another user criticized the comedian's approach, saying, "I'm honestly getting tired of this type of standup routine: a comedian interrogates people in the audience, trying to have something funny happen. This type of improv comedy is very hard to pull off, and most standuppers aren't cutting it and it just looks like they're picking on people."

The video has ignited a conversation about the ethics of standup comedy and the impact of public ridicule. While some find humor in the exchange, others see it as a form of unnecessary bullying. The internet's reaction underscores the fine line comedians walk when incorporating audience interaction into their routines.
