Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and the hit TV show "The Office" are in for a treat with a recently viral meme that has taken Reddit by storm. Titled "The Office Stays Undefeated," the meme humorously addresses the fact that Robert Downey Jr. (RDJ) has played multiple roles within the MCU.

The meme is divided into two distinct sections: a bold header text that reads, "People complaining that rdj has two mcu roles," followed by subtext stating, "LIKE THIS GUY DOESN'T." Below this text are two side-by-side images featuring two different individuals, both of whom have significant roles in the MCU.

The left image shows a person wearing a superhero suit that is predominantly blue and black, with the recognizable "Fantastic Four" number 4 logo on the chest. This character is none other than Johnny Storm, the Human Torch, originally played by Chris Evans in the Fantastic Four films. The background suggests an indoor setting, adding to the superhero ambiance.

The right image portrays a person dressed in a suit and tie with a dark jacket, complemented by an identification badge. This individual is depicted as a detective or an official agent, standing in an outdoor setting with a green sign in the background. The character is Jimmy Woo, played by Randall Park, known for his roles in both "Ant-Man and The Wasp" and the Disney+ series "WandaVision."

The meme cleverly points out the observation that RDJ is not the only actor who has multiple roles in the MCU. Comments from Reddit users further enhance the humor and context of the meme. One user exclaimed, "IDENTITY THEFT IS NOT A JOKE, JIM!" referencing a classic line from "The Office." Another user humorously pointed out, "For anyone who hasn't seen the office, this joke probably makes zero sense," explaining the dynamics between characters in the show.

Other comments highlighted similar instances in the MCU, such as Josh Brolin playing both Thanos and Cable, and Gemma Chan portraying Minn-Erva in "Captain Marvel" and Sersi in "The Eternals." Michelle Yeoh Choo-Kheng was also mentioned for her roles as Aleta Ogord in "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" and Ying Nan in "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings."

The meme not only brings laughter but also ignites discussions about the versatility of actors within the MCU. It serves as a reminder of the interconnectedness of the Marvel universe and the beloved characters that fans have come to cherish. Whether you're a fan of RDJ, "The Office," or the MCU, this meme encapsulates the humor and complexity of multi-role casting in Hollywood.

IDENTITY THEFT IS NOT A JOKE, JIM!

I love The Office. 😆 But also, did people forget that Chris Evans was the Human Torch long before he was Captain America? Granted, those two characters were not in the same universe, but now with multiverses firmly established...who even cares anymore. Everything can be retconned, and nothing really matters, lol.

For anyone who hasn't seen the office, this joke probably makes zero sense. The guy on the right once pretended to be the guy on the left (it was the left guys idea) purely to p*** off / mess with Dwight, the resident "umm ackshually" member of the office. So the joke is they're the same person.

The RDJ thing screams of desperation. Tony Stark is a character. Dr. Doom is another character.  They don't need to be played by the same guy. Iron Man/RDJ went out on a high note.  Leave them be and make an original movie. The last thing I want is a quippy Victor Von Doom.

Gemma Chan played Minn-Erva in Captain Marvel and Sersi in The Eternals. Same universe and studio.

What a unique joke that's never been told on reddit. And so timely. I'm so glad someone got a flimsy excuse to make this never-before-said joke.
