A video circulating on Reddit titled "high five 🖐️" has stirred up a mix of amusement and concern among viewers. The clip features a man named Mark attempting to high five a bear, a move that has left many questioning his judgment and the potential consequences of such an interaction.

In the video, Mark enthusiastically exclaims, "let's go high five high five right," as he approaches the bear. Another individual can be heard in the background, clearly alarmed, saying, "oh dude what the heck is Mark doing he's trying to he's trying to high five a human god darn it we're gonna get shot Mark come on what okay." The bizarre encounter has sparked a flurry of reactions online.

One user pointed out, "They’re both bare handed too," highlighting the lack of safety measures. Another suggested, "You can also post this in r/idiotsincars," implying that the behavior was reckless. The gravity of the situation was echoed by a commenter who said, "The 'we’re going to get shot' is unintentionally too real, and the reason this isn’t really funny. That’s unfortunately exactly what often happens to bears that become too accustomed to humans and this person went out of their way to interact with the bear."

The potential dangers of the encounter were further elaborated: "It’s not even a problem of whether the bear might’ve hurt him, you can write that off as stupid games with stupid prizes, except that the bear might win a stupid prize just for being a bear. And even when nothing bad happens in this one instance, the bear is probably now more comfortable with humans, which unfortunately could lead to some long-term negative consequences for the bear or other people it encounters."

Others couldn't help but comment on the audacity of Mark's actions. One user remarked, "I can see that human's massive cojoneys from here! If only their intelligence matched their giant flipping balls!" while another humorously added, "Those 3 have the right to bear arms." The bear's demeanor also became a topic of discussion, with one comment noting, "That bear's got a lot of 'paw-tential'!"

Speculations about the bear's background surfaced as well. "Most likely a former circus bear, used to this kind of kind. Or, that bear is flipping badass!" suggested one user. Meanwhile, another quipped, "Damn. Didn't know the bear was chill like that."

Despite the light-hearted remarks, the underlying message from many viewers was clear: interactions like these can have serious repercussions. As one commenter succinctly put it, "not funny. bear may have swiped or bit his hand..."

The video has undoubtedly captured the internet's attention, serving as a stark reminder of the unpredictable nature of wildlife and the importance of maintaining a safe distance.
