In a side-splitting interview, Jiminy Glick, portrayed by Martin Short, engages with iconic rapper Ice Cube in a segment that has left viewers in stitches. The interview begins with Glick mistakenly introducing Ice Cube as Vanilla Ice, leading to a series of humorous misunderstandings.

Ice Cube, born O'Shea Jackson, clarifies, "My name's always been Ice Cube since I was 12 years old," debunking Glick's persistent claims that he changed his name after an encounter with Suge Knight. The comedic back-and-forth continues with Glick misinterpreting Robbie Burns, a Scottish poet, as a "Scottish p***," to which Ice Cube responds with humor and patience.

The interview touches on Ice Cube's successful career with N.W.A. and their influential song "Straight Outta Compton." Glick's ignorance about Compton and his bizarre comparison of Rex Harrison to early rappers adds to the hilarity. Cube's responses, filled with wit and good humor, make this one of Glick's most memorable interviews.

Viewers have praised the interview for its comedy gold. Comments include, "Martin Short is a treasure and comedy legend, love it!" and "Ice Cube had a sense of humor about this." Many agree that this segment could have been the inspiration for Zach Galifianakis' "Between Two Ferns."

This Jiminy Glick interview showcases the comedic genius of Martin Short and the unflappable demeanor of Ice Cube, making it a must-watch for fans of both comedy and hip-hop.

The inspiration for Between Two Ferns, perhaps?

“Where is Compton? You know I have never been there.” “Yea, I don’t think you will ever go there…” God I love Martin.

Vanilla cream pie

This was the best Glick interview I've seen so far. Haven't seen that many, but this one was cracking me up!

This is really one of Glick's best interviews. Obviously everyone is in on it, but even so you keep getting the sense that Cube is about to snatch him up by the collar and teach him respect.

Is it because when things get heated, you melt lol
