Playful Comic by Jon Writes Comedy Pokes Fun at the Classic 'Apple a Day' Saying

A side-splitting comic strip by @jonwritescomedy, in collaboration with @laurenhanigan_creative and @justjoncomic, has taken Reddit by storm, humorously illustrating the age-old adage, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away."
The four-panel comic strip is set in a typical doctor's office where a doctor, clad in a light blue coat and armed with a stethoscope, sits holding a clipboard. The story unfolds with the doctor bearing a concerned look, informing his patient, a bald man with glasses in a green t-shirt, "I'm afraid I have some bad news..."
The narrative takes a humorous twist in the second panel as the patient, holding an apple, responds with curiosity, "Oh yeah? What is it, Doc?" The doctor, startled by the sight of the apple, jumps back in fear, shouting, "You get that thing away from me!"
In the third panel, the patient, now aggressively waving the apple, demands, "Tell me I'm healthy then!" The doctor, clearly agitated, replies, "I can't! It's not true! It's medical malpractice!"
The comic reaches its comedic c***** in the final panel with the patient, apple in hand, getting closer to the doctor, insisting, "Tell me I'm healthy!" The doctor, dripping with sweat and raising his hands in surrender, finally exclaims, "Fine! You're healthy!"
Reddit users have had a field day with this comic strip. One user hilariously commented, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away... if you throw it hard enough. 🍏💨" Another user noted, "That's why Jobs died early," while others found it either "lame as hell" or "pretty good."
Adding to the humor, a comment reads, "Elaine says hi, but please stay away from her," showing the wide array of reactions the comic has sparked. The overwhelming laughter is evident in one user's extended "Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahhaahgaahhaahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahhahahahahahahaahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha."
This comic by Jon Writes Comedy, Lauren Hanigan Creative, and Just Jon Comic is a perfect blend of wit and humor, putting a fresh spin on a classic saying. The clever storytelling and engaging illustrations make it a must-see for anyone in need of a good laugh.
