Do you have a free plan?

Yes. You can make 1 free video each day from Ranking, List, Rants, Confession, or Did You Know in Simple mode. Free narrated videos use 5 standard voices and built-in clips. Paid plans remove the watermark and unlock uploads, Custom mode, 50+ premium voices, and custom voice creation.

What are credits?

Use the same credit balance for standalone images, generated video clips, and complete shorts. We show the cost before you create, reserve credits when a step starts, and charge when it finishes successfully.

Why do different videos cost different credits?

For a generated clip, the model, length, resolution, and reference images determine the price. Longer clips and higher resolutions can cost more. For complete shorts, the format, narration length, and generated images affect the total. Your creation form shows the estimate before you start.

Can I just make an image or a video clip?

Yes. Every paid plan includes image and video creation in Create Assets. Describe what you want, add optional reference photos, and review the credit cost. Your result is saved in My Library to download or use in another project. The free daily short does not cover these generations.

Do reference images or another attempt cost extra?

Reference photos guide the look of your result. For image creation, up to 4 references are included in the image price. For videos, the included number depends on your model; the form shows any extra image charges. Creating a new image, animating it, or making another version is a separate generation with its own credit cost.

Which plans include API and automation?

Story template access starts on Pro. API access starts on Pro. MCP access is included on Ultimate and Creator+. Basic is for direct Studio creation.

What happens if I upgrade my plan?

Upgrades start right away. Downgrades start on your next successful renewal. Credits already on your account keep their original expiration dates, and new credits follow the new plan schedule.

Do unused credits roll over or expire?

Yes. Unused credits roll over, but each credit grant has its own expiration date. Monthly credits expire 2 months after they are granted. Annual subscription credits expire at term end plus 2 months.

Does membership change credit cost per action?

No. The credit cost of each AI action stays the same for all users. Higher tiers give you more credits and more features, but they do not change per-action credit pricing.

Will expired credits appear in my billing log?

No. We track expirations internally for accounting and support. Your billing views only show user-facing grants and usage.

What if payment fails, or I cancel?

We do not claw back already-granted credits. If you cancel, auto-renew is turned off and your access stays active through your paid term. If a renewal payment fails, we do not grant a new cycle of credits until payment succeeds.

What’s your refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If something is not working, contact support and we will help quickly.

How can I save credits?

Reuse scripts, character sheets, and reference images when you can. Run a preview before the final render. For Story videos, start with fewer generated slide images because Story image generation is usually the biggest cost.
