In a recent video, Michelle Yeoh shared her experiences, highlighting the challenges she faced as an Asian woman in the film industry. The end made me look her age up. She's 62 now. Not old old, but i've often seen people thinking they can't change their life after they're 30 or so

I wonder who the “he” is in the stories? Her dad? Her agent?

I like the part where she says “why do we have to explain why there’s an Asian person here”. For real- I always think that! That’s why Star Wars is so awesome- they don’t go through the minutiae of why there are accents, different skin colors, etc. there just are and they never even try to say (for the most part) that the ones who look like this are from here.

I think a female james bond, who is still a witty, heavy drinking, womanizer world be interesting.

F*** that it took over 20 years for her fighting for what a bunch of white men take for granted, to happen. The need for anyone to *fight* for civil rights and equal representation p***es me the f*** off
