In a Twitter exchange that has captured the internet's attention, renowned writer J. Michael Straczynski delivered a scathing rebuttal to Stefan Molyneux's controversial tweet about women's fertility and purpose. The exchange has sparked widespread discussion and applause from social media users, with Straczynski's tweet garnering significant engagement.

At the heart of the exchange, Stefan Molyneux tweeted: “Women get mostly infertile at 40, but live to be 80. Without a family, what are you going to do with those 40 long long years?”

J. Michael Straczynski, known for his work on "Babylon 5" and as a celebrated writer for Spider-Man, responded with a powerful message: “See the world, experience beauty, create art, support their mothers and fathers and sisters and brothers, fall in love, find joy, ascend in business, achieve recognition, and dance on your grave when you die alone, unnoticed and unknown, you hateful, misogynistic a*******.”

Straczynski's tweet, accompanied by his profile picture and verified handle (@straczynski), quickly went viral, amassing 90 replies, 730 retweets, and 3,276 likes. His words resonated with many, who praised him for eloquently defending the myriad ways people can find purpose and joy outside traditional family structures.

User comments on the exchange echoed Straczynski's sentiments. One user highlighted the irony of Molyneux's platform: “So in short, Molyneux is only able to spew his s*** on Twitter because fellow frat-f***-boy Elon owns it.” Another user expressed admiration for Straczynski's broader perspective: “Maybe it's because I have a daughter or some other fear, but human beings should shift from religious values to moral ones. Education, philosophy, art, sciences open up our mind to see the complexity of the many facets that is reality.”

The exchange also brought to light Straczynski's enduring impact on fans. One commented: “I fell in love with Babylon 5 as a young one, and it's still my favourite Sci-Fi universe bar none. Seeing JMS be a good person now is just icing on an amazing cake.” Another user humorously noted, “Imagine being so racist that you get banned from PayPal.”

Straczynski's fans were quick to defend his legacy, with one stating, “JMS saved Spider-Man,” and another adding, “Imma say it. JMS is prob my favorite Spider-Man writer.”

This viral moment underscores the ongoing cultural conversation about the roles and expectations placed on individuals, particularly women, and highlights the power of social media in amplifying voices that challenge outdated and harmful views. J. Michael Straczynski's tweet not only shut down a misogynistic comment but also inspired many to reflect on the diverse ways one can live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

So in short, Molyneux is only able to spew his s*** on twitter because fellow frat-f***-boy Elon owns it. I'm fairly sure if Jack was still running the place he'd be kicked out by now, and it's not like Jack had a gold-medal-worthy track record on policing Twitter either.

Well said. We must value people differently, not based on our preconceptions. Maybe it's because I have a daughter or some other fear, but human beings should shift from religious values to moral ones. Education, philosophy, art, sciences open up our mind to see the complexity of the many facets that is reality. I spent most of my life valuing what I could get for me, but now I want everyone to have enough, to be safe and feel safe. We, us, are all we have.

Molyneux is a scum, and a waste of elemental components his body is made out off.

Apart from the fact women can still have children after age 40, barring prior health concerns, 40 years of not having to worry about being seen as a breeding sow by an unfortunately large portion of society sounds heavenly.

And most importantly, creator of Babylon 5. The vir hand wave seems appropriate but I can’t find it to post

I love the long list of citations after "white nationalist" on Stefan's page, because I just onow that it was the result of people continually trying to claim he wasn't a white nationalist and getting proven wrong over and over.

The theory is that menopause as a thing exists so that females of those animal species (including elephants, some toothed whales, and humans) could stop doing risky offspring-carrying when it wasn't worth said risk, in favor of being around to pass on their knowledge. The entire point of it is that it's time to /not/ have offspring. (also humans don't exist entirely to make offspring, or to follow evolution's inadvertent designs, anyway.)

The "women are b******s" folks are a bit scary, b/c if all they care about you is the kids you can have, how "f***able" you are, etc, then eventually there's going to be a push for eugenics. Weed out the ones that have a hard time breeding. Weed out the ones with genetic "flaws". Weed out the ones that are no longer breedable (either not "f***able-looking" enough or no longer able to have kids). When you treat someone like property, you start to give it an expiration date and get rid of it.
