In a captivating Imgur video titled "Will it fit?", viewers are taken on a thrilling journey as a talented pottery artist measures and tests her custom-made ceramic cup holder. The video opens with precise measurements: "3 inches, 2.75 inches, 3.25 inches." The burning question on everyone's mind is, "Will it fit?" The resounding answer: "Hell yeah!"

This video has garnered a lot of attention and sparked an interesting conversation among viewers. Comments like "Good job, you're kilning it!" highlight the skill and dedication of the artist. Others, like "The internet has ruined me. I thought this was gonna go somewhere else entirely," add a humorous twist to the discussion.

One viewer humorously commented, "That's what she said," while another admirer stated, "I like her pots." The video's charm seems to lie in its simplicity and the artist's clear expertise in her craft, making it a hit among pottery enthusiasts. "I want it," exclaimed one enthusiastic viewer, reflecting the desirability of the artist's work.

The video also dives into the technicalities of pottery, sparking educational discussions. "The tough part is also accounting for the shrinkage! Depending on the clay body it can shrink from wet as much as 20%!" pointed out a knowledgeable viewer. Others chimed in with practical concerns: "No handle or slot to stop it from spilling?" and "Nice, but I prefer not to have ceramic stuff that could kill or disfigure me nearby in a car accident."

Amidst the technical jargon, the artist also received well-deserved compliments. "Pretty lady is pretty," noted one admirer, while another appreciated the effort by saying, "I appreciate anybody that puts effort into ensuring that they did a good job."

The video even inspired some light-hearted debates. One commenter remarked, "I for one would say that is a very average size cup holder, some would say a very large cupholder," bringing a touch of humor to the technical discussion. Another viewer congratulated the artist, saying, "Congrats to her, but I thought it was going to be a 'perfect' fit and account for shrinkage from firing process. Not a bad result, and I admire she went to the length of dimensioning her cupholder for maximum coffee storage."

Practical issues were also raised, with comments like "Good luck cleaning that cup" and "Have fun driving with that thing's content sloshing all over your thigh." The intricacies of pottery were further discussed, with one viewer asking, "How did she calculate starting size that would shrink down to finished size, when fired?"

The video ends on a high note with a viewer humorously pointing out, "3.25 inches. Nice," and another proudly stating, "She does pots." A final cheeky comment, "You must acquit," rounds off the engaging and informative discussion.

This Imgur video not only showcases the artist's pottery skills but also educates and entertains viewers, making it a must-watch for anyone interested in the world of ceramics.

Clay size = (Holder size - clearance wanted around cup) +12% depending on clay type. Clay shrinks a lot when drying from wet to leather hard then firing.
