I saw an old campaign video of his where he talks about repairing what is a common problem on the make/model of vehicle he has by buying a part at autozone for $7. I instantly fell in love with the idea of him being on the ticket. I'm progressive and likes that he promotes progressive ideas, but seeing that video made him feel so authentic. It was so down to earth that it made me think "he doesn't promote his agenda because he thinks it's advantageous, but because he genuinely believes in them.

Choosing the liberal version of "I just wanna grill" for vp has to be the smartest choice I've seen any politician make recently. The dude is your liberal uncle. He is completely unremarkable. He is if milquetoast and beige had a child. But conservatives need him to be this radical extremist (((cultural marxist))) for their narrative to make sense. So they have to either lie, stretch the truth, or come across as monsters if they want to slander him- and it is always obvious.
