Seth MacFarlane, the creative genius behind "Family Guy" and "The Orville," has once again showcased his comedic brilliance in a recent video that has taken the internet by storm. In this video, MacFarlane performs New Year's resolutions for some of his most iconic characters, including Peter Griffin, Stewie Griffin, Brian Griffin, Quagmire, Seamus, Roger, and Ted.

The video opens with Peter Griffin humorously declaring, "I'm going to start by shoplifting from Wetzel's Pretzels. Because, like, what are they going to do? Like, jump over the counter and kill me for a pretzel?" Stewie Griffin follows with his ambitious yet laughable resolution: "Starting today, no more diaper. No more diaper. I'm going to hold it. Oh, oh, so maybe 2025."

Brian Griffin decides to quit smoking and start vaping, while Quagmire's resolution is to get unbanned from Hinge. Seamus amusingly aims to get into yoga to "stretch my pigs," and Roger humorously plans to join a gym to do something about his "man b***s." Finally, Ted's resolution is to travel more, with a cheeky twist: "You know, I want to travel more, because I'm a meaner to visit your mother's bedroom."

Fans and viewers have expressed their admiration for MacFarlane's talent in the comments. One user excitedly shared, "The Orville season 4 begins filming next year. Woo hoo!" Another praised his singing abilities, "Now show him singing. He's amazing."

MacFarlane's ability to create a Star Trek parody show that feels more authentic than some actual Star Trek series has also been noted: "He made a Star Trek parody show that was more Star Trek-y than the actual Star Trek shows. He’s very, very good."

The connection between Ted and Peter Griffin was highlighted by a fan who commented, "Ted is the same thing as Peter Griffin!" Others expressed their gratitude for his work, especially considering his close call with AA flight 11, "So glad this man did not get on AA flight 11. His comedy has gotten me through a lot over the years and still does."

Adrianne Palicki, an actress from "The Orville," has mentioned the challenges the cast faces due to the show's infrequent production schedule. She noted that Seth MacFarlane's involvement in multiple roles, including producer, writer, and voice actor, is a significant reason for the show's limited episodes.

Despite mixed opinions about "Family Guy," with some feeling it should have ended after its first cancellation, there's no denying MacFarlane's immense talent. One viewer stated, "I haven't watched Family Guy in years although the odd episode that pops up seems ok. But McFarlane's sheer amount of talent and vocal ability and acting across so many shows for this long is genuinely incredible."

Seth MacFarlane continues to captivate audiences with his unique humor and remarkable talent. This video of New Year's resolutions is a testament to his enduring appeal and creativity.

I still think Family Guy probably should have ended ages ago sometime after the first cancelation, but you can't deny the man's talented as hell.

Seth MacFarlane, and the clip above, is the main reason that The Orville doesn't happen very often. I watched an interview with Adrianne Palicki where she said that actors only get paid when they're actually acting, and that The Orville has had 36 episodes over 5 years, so 7 episodes a year, and that's not enough for the main cast to pay their bills, so they have to take other jobs, which means they're not available for The Orville. She pointed out that Seth is the producer, writer and voice

Always hated this show with a passion. Jokes are telegraphed in, pauzes after the jokes are too long, timing in general is off, characters aren’t compelling, artwork and animation are sub standard.
