Saw a lot of videos about the shoddy quality of his teslas so when I saw one in a parking lot I decided to check it out. You know how covers, panels, gaskets glaspanes are kinda supposed to align and sit flush? It didn't do that. I do know about rockets. When he talked about them he did so in vague enough terms that I assumed he was smart enough to spend his time fund-raising and not mess with anything important. Now I've seen what it looks like when he does and I have learned that there is an entire strata of middle-managers who's sole job is to keep him from ever touching anything important on those rockets.

I listened to the Twitter software meetings. He definitely said some uninformed things, but I don't think he is an complete idiot, just wholly unimpressive. Unremarkable. Average. He isn't special. He isn't an idealist and absolutely not someone who can fix large real world problems outside of having influence. But my opinion that would actually bother him is that I don't think he is funny.
