Turns out the real radical justices legislating from the bench were the conservatives all along.

Let's be honest, the ruling on student loans, on affirmative action and on that BS web designer are retaliations by the Republican SCOTUS for Trump's indictment, nothing more. It's a joke.

The Right is evil and the Democrats are spineless.

It still feels weird that the Supreme Court can just over turn stuff, what about checks and balances between the three branches.

The Republican Supreme Court is taking over the legislative aspects of government. Congress is supposed to do that, not the courts.

Im REALLY surprised that no "leftwing" nutjob/victim of GQP oppression has not yet gone postal targeting GQP personalities, HMO offices etc

For the foreigners present, could someone please clarify what they've done now to prompt this statement? Aside from the whole ongoing dystopian nightmare thing?

All our policy has been going through the Supreme Court in the last year. Congress is literally doing NOTHING.

Why do that when they can make law this way? It's easier and there are less people to argue with.

If Bernie Sanders or even 1/10 of his policies had come into effect, America truly would have been a great country. America picked Trump instead of Bernie. Amazing. Faced with a choice of ice cream and a future, or a bowl of diarrhea and death, so many people chose death. And guess what? Those of us who voted for ice cream and a future, get to have death and s*** thanks to them.
