Over-Enthusiasm = Did not hate the source material like the Showrunners and Writers do.

This is misconstruing the (rather badly written, but still) article. https://fandomwire.com/the-witcher-showrunner-lauren-hissrich-found-henry-cavill-really-annoying-due-to-his-over-enthusiasm-to-play-geralt/ Basically, she said he was annoying because he kept pestering her at a time where she didn't have the script written yet, so she wasn't looking for actors at that point.

Remember how Ian McKellen kinda forced the LotR cast to read the book? Pepperidge farm does.

As a fan of the books and games, I'm beyond frustrated with netflix. Personally, I didn't care the show s*****, but 99% of my friend and family's exposure to the material was from that p*** poor CW channel quality horses***, and this reflects on me, lol I swear, the legend of the seeker (lol) was better than this banal garbage.

Ive read through all the books and played all the games. Only haven't done the graphic novels. However, Witcher is not Tolkien or ASOIAF. There really was plenty of room for the Witcher Series to create their own thing like CD Projekt RED. Sapkowski's work was written in a very narrow sense regarding his Polish heritage and how he treats female characters. That being said Hissrich's s**** and we know why

I signed up for netflix just to watch the show, I am a fan of the books and two of the games, netflix really s****** the pooch with it, I got rid of netflix before the end of the first episode of second season, they strayed too far from the source

With a few exceptions, hollywood writers are stupefyingly bad at writing stories. S1 was generally good because it stuck to the stories in in the first book. S2 went off the rails when the writers decided to deviate from the story and make up their own c***. Same goes for GoT and Bebop.

They had the option to make money almost effortlessly, instead they thought they could make a better story . They were wrong. I wouldn't mind some standalone episodes outside of the story that didn't have any bearing on the lore and plot

This is just some opinion piece from a tabloid rag. The story under it is about how ben Affleck looks depressed. No sources cited, reads like its written in the third person. We really need to stop interacting with "news" like this.
