When it comes to electricity some people are f****** morons. No amount of signs will stop people switching stuff off when its essential that its on and I know from experience that taping a switch closed with a big sign is not enough, you need to lock it and keep all the keys with you.

Folks really need to read the actual article (unfortunately not linked). The whole building was on backup generators, but the janitor cut the power *at the breaker*.
