Sinks don't congregate in large numbers like this naturally. This is clearly a case of baiting, this is illegal and disrupts their normal territories and can lead to increased aggressive behavior amongst sinks as they fight for minimal resources. Plus, elevated sink populations can bring wild commodes closer to humans resulting in undesirable outcomes for both humans and plumbivores.
