In a recent Reddit post titled "Watch for tripping wasps," a photo has garnered significant attention and sparked a wave of lighthearted comments. The image showcases a can of insecticide spray from the "Black Flag" brand, specifically their "Extreme" variant. What sets this photo apart is the yellow sticky note attached to the can, delivering an unusual yet humorous warning about its effects on wasps.

The note reads:

```
CAUTION:
DO NOT USE FOR WASPS
MAY CAUSE WASPS
TO BECOME VERY
VIOLENT. AND MAY
CAUSE WASP HALLUCINATIONS.
STAY BACK 100 FEET
IF WASP IS TRIPPIN.
```

This quirky warning has led to an outpour of reactions from Reddit users. One user, Wasp, humorously commented, "I have a new plug he's waiting a 100 feet over there." Another user expressed disdain for wasps with the succinct comment, "r/f***wasps," while another said, "Tripping wasps be crazy af."

The image has also sparked a discussion about the effectiveness of insecticide sprays, with one user questioning, "Why does every spray that kills bugs make them more angry?" Another user speculated humorously about the origin of the note, stating, "The story behind this note probably has some trauma associated with it. 😂"

One particularly creative comment suggested an investment in a protective suit just to witness "wasps trippin' balls." Adding to the conversation, a former HVAC service technician shared his experience, noting that standard wasp sprays often just agitate the insects. He advised using engine starting fluid instead, claiming it would "drop them right out of the sky," though he cautioned against using it in confined spaces due to its ether base and flammability.

The photo of the Black Flag insecticide can with its humorous yellow sticky note has not only entertained but also sparked a broader conversation about pest control and user experiences.

For those intrigued by the post, it's a delightful example of how a simple image with a funny note can capture the imaginations of many, leading to a cascade of witty and informative comments.

When I was a HVAC service tech they would give us wasp spray and yeah it only p***ed them off. We learned thought that engine starting fluid (spray) would drop them right out of the sky. However do not use in a confined area, it's ether based, it will render you unconscious (or worse as my mom used to say), it is also (obviously) highly flammable. Use at your own risk.
