I'm currently fasting a cycle of 42 hours with a 6 hour eating windows (6 hours every 2 days) and I get so full with the first small thing I eat after 42 hours I can hardly look at food for the next 6 hours. Funny how the mind and body works.

For me it got easier after a while.

A gym buddy did this. He went a little too far and ended up in the hospital with severe dehydration. I tried to warn him to follow the schedule but some people just don't listen

It's not that bad, if you take it slow and you build up it's quite easy. I'm on one meal a day atm (dinner) and it's really easy

Fortunately, I adapted within a few days as my body naturally wanted to fast, but I did not pay attention. The idea of breakfast is the most importance meal and one way and time to eat fits all never worked for me. Glad I listen to my body and now I eat between 11am and 7pm. I am flexible when in vacation or going out to eat with others.
