Discover the trending comic by Mooseylips that hilariously highlights the struggles of poor posture in the office. This four-panel comic, which has taken Reddit by storm, humorously depicts an office scene that many can relate to.

In the first panel, a visibly exhausted person is slumped over their desk, arms hanging towards the sides, clearly defeated by the day's work. The second panel continues the humor with the same person lying on their stomach with a pained expression, eyes closed, and mouth slightly open in discomfort. The relatable text near their head reads: "My back is always so sore from s******** at my desk all day."

The comic takes a twist in the third panel, introducing an anthropomorphic shrimp-like creature sitting at a different desk. This diligent creature, with perfect posture, is hard at work at their computer. The text near this creature humorously asserts: "No, your back is sore because you're a little b****, Maurice."

The final panel zooms in on the shrimp-like creature, showing them sitting up***ht with a smug expression, confidently looking towards the left, presumably at Maurice. The bottom-right corner of the panel includes the artist's Instagram handle: "IG: MOOSEYLIPS."

User comments on Reddit have been buzzing with reactions. One user humorously reflected, "I used to joke about feeling old when I was 25 and then 30 etc. It wasn't until about 35 that I legit started actually feeling the things I was claiming I jokingly felt and now it's not so funny anymore." Another user commented on the panel's relatability: "Your back hurts because you have terrible ergonomics. Look at the guy. Monitor at wrong height. Chair at wrong height."

The comic not only provides a good laugh but also sheds light on the importance of proper ergonomics and posture. Users have also shared advice on how to combat back pain, with one suggesting, "For anyone who needs to hear this, if your back is hurting in your 20s from office work — and you don’t already have a good workout routine for strengthening your back muscles and others — do that asap. For most people, that will help more than anything else the world wants to market to you."

This comic by Mooseylips serves as a humorous yet poignant reminder of the common pitfalls in office culture and the importance of taking care of one's body through proper posture and exercise. Your back hurts because you have terrible ergonomics. Look at the guy. Monitor at wrong height. Chair at wrong height. If you're bent over "s********" you're going to be miserable regardless of if you're working from home or not.

Many people can't understand any problem that they don't personally have. Apparently, that extends to shrimp, too.

I’m 34 and sometimes my back is in so much pain I can’t lift my arms above my head. What weights do I lift to strengthen the nerves in my body?

This can be fixed by better posture and exercise. That said, open-plan offices are poison and being visible from behind while working is the new smoking and we absolutely will start to see people dropping dead from this s*** in the next 10 years. Heart disease and cancer are going up in young and middle-aged people and open-plan syndrome is a part of it.
