A recent meme captures the sentiment perfectly, featuring a sun bear with a solemn expression, looking over a rock with the text: "Finally watched 'Everything Everywhere All At Once'" at the top and "I Cried" at the bottom. This poignant meme has resonated deeply with audiences, encapsulating the myriad emotions the film evokes.

The film, directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, has garnered widespread acclaim for its unique storytelling and emotional depth. Comments from viewers highlight the various ways different characters and scenes have impacted them. One user mentioned, "Weymond’s explanation of his positivity got me," indicating how certain dialogues can leave a lasting impression. Weymond’s explanation of his positivity got me. And other points throughout the movie that would be spoilery to mention, too, but Weymond overall got me the most.

That movie was so impressive. Really really good. But also, amazing that the writers were able to wrap their heads around it as a project and have it come together.

Maybe I didn’t get it. I didn’t like it.

I keep meaning to watch it. As a man who might not be called stoic, but definitely hides a lot of emotional depth…you sold it. The only time I cry is watching media that moves me and sometimes reading the news. My first floor apartment was completely flooded above my ankle two weeks ago and everyone I talked to told me I was handling it is so well, but on the inside I was roiling. Probably could use a good cry. Love ya, Johnny

I love EEAAO because everyone seems to get set off by a different part of the movie. For me, it was Waymond - the husband - he was so caring and devoted and yet his wife was so focused on herself and her daughter that she was losing him without even realising it. He loved her so much and she was too much of a main character to appreciate it. I saw too much of myself in Evelyn and the way I had neglected partners in the past.
