I love a fit woman! Lifters, gymnasts, it doesn't matter; strength is hot! A hetero male (born 58) I've never understood how any male can be turned off to muscular women. I've never seen muscles as a strictly male thing (that's just blind enculturation). Lifting exploits what's already there; male or female. But skip the steroids everyone; those are harmful long-term. Lifting is also about longevity (feeling good well into old age); it's about brain health; indeed it's about all-organ health!
