The internet is abuzz with a viral video titled "They Already Know She's Gonna Be a Good Employee" that has captured the hearts of many. This video, which seems to have resurfaced from years ago, showcases an ecstatic woman celebrating her new job offer, and the reactions to it have been overwhelmingly positive.

One viewer nostalgically commented, "I feel like I remember seeing this video 4 years ago." This sentiment is echoed by another user who detailed the woman's remarkable journey since that moment. She has worked diligently for four years, obtained her degree at night, and even gave her two weeks' notice in a professional manner. Her coworkers celebrated her achievements with a heartfelt party, complete with ice cream cake.

Today, she has settled well into her new position and has already moved up in the company. Her improved salary has allowed her to trade in her old car for a more comfortable one. On a personal note, she and her girlfriend have gotten engaged and are proud pet parents to two cats, adored by their neighbors.

The video has also sparked discussions on the importance of kindness in the workplace. One comment emphasized, "People need a little kindness," highlighting the positive impact that supportive environments can have on employees.

The woman's joyful dance in the video resonated with many. One user shared a personal story, saying, "My first 'big kid' job offer arrived the night before Thanksgiving, 2006. It was a $25k salary. I burst into tears of joy at my friend's house party, then danced exactly like that. Good for her!"

There's also a humorous side to the responses. Comments like "And perhaps she just likes to skibbty bop on the handicap spots. That's just her thing, and we're all here for it," and "Do a little dance - Make a little cash - Get down tonight!" show the light-hearted connection viewers feel with the woman's jubilant reaction.

However, not all comments were positive. Some users expressed concerns, with one stating, "We already know the manager is a creepy stalker that surveils employees and has no respect for privacy..." Despite this, the overall sentiment remains uplifting and supportive.

This video is a testament to the power of perseverance and the joy of celebrating milestones. Whether it's the thrill of a new job, the kindness of coworkers, or the simple act of dancing in public, it's clear that moments like these resonate deeply with people from all walks of life.

This clip is so old the woman has since worked 4 years, got her degree at night and gave her 2 weeks. Her coworkers threw her a nice party, they had ice cream cake. She started her new position, she’s settled in well, and she’s already moved up in the company. She traded in her old car for something much nicer that her salary allows, and her and her girlfriend have gotten engaged, they have 2 cats. Their neighbors love them.
