The internet is no stranger to the "Success Kid" meme, featuring an adorable toddler with a clenched fist and a determined expression. This meme, beloved by many, has recently resurfaced with an inspiring message: "Never thought I was smart enough for college. Only couple classes left until I receive a Bachelor's degree."

The image, set against a gradient background of blue and purple overlapping triangles, resonates deeply with those who have faced academic challenges. Success Kid's triumphant look serves as a beacon of hope for students everywhere, reminding them that perseverance and hard work can lead to success.

One user commented, "College is not about being smart. It’s about doing the work. You got the discipline, THAT makes you smart." This sentiment echoes the experiences of many who have found that determination and effort often outweigh natural intelligence in the pursuit of educational goals.

Another comment reads, "Determination wins every time! keep up the good work!" Stories of overcoming obstacles and achieving academic success are abundant in the comment section. One user shared, "I've spent a bit of time as an 'adult educator,' and I've seen all kinds of students. Some of those who were quite brilliant were the ones who stubbornly worked very hard to do well. It doesn't take away from the fact that they were indeed brilliant students. They were as brilliant as they were determined."

A particularly motivating story came from a user who recounted, "Full admission, guidance counselor said I'd do poorly in college and honestly I did. But, hand on heart *today*, I was able to tell a company director I can be making a good ~33% more at another company. When asked if I had a college degree I was able to say yes, an engineering degree relevant to what I was working in. In terms of years of experience the experience may weigh more but even over a decade after graduating I could tell that statement carried weight."

The encouragement continues with comments like, "Get it! It can be hard to finish strong; stay focused!" and "Congrats! I know how that feels. I dropped out of high school>GED>BS>MS. School is much easier when you’re studying what you’re interested in."

The Success Kid meme serves as a reminder that academic achievements are not just for those who are deemed naturally intelligent. As another user aptly put it, "You don't receive them, you earn them." This meme has become a symbol of the spirit of perseverance, inspiring countless individuals to believe in their potential and push through their educational journeys.

The Success Kid meme is more than just an internet sensation; it is a powerful motivator that encourages individuals to strive for their dreams. The comments and stories shared by users highlight the importance of determination, hard work, and the belief that anyone can achieve their goals, no matter the obstacles. So, take a deep breath, stay focused, and remember that success is within reach for those who dare to reach for their dreams.

Cheers mate. Full admission, guidance counselor said I'd do poorly in college and honestly I did. But, hand on heart *today*, I was able to tell a company director I can be making a good ~33% more at another company. Get it! It can be hard to finish strong; stay focused! Next steps… recurring anxiety dream of some class you forgot to attend and therefore can’t graduate. Seriously… it’s been over a decade… when will it stop??

Congrats! I know how that feels. I dropped out of high school>GED>BS>MS. School is much easier when you’re studying what you’re interested in. The European school model is how it should be; Engineers don’t have to take English, Math majors don’t take History, etc.

WELL DONE!! I had all of the supposed 'smarts', but cracked under the pressure of too many classes/ class-related obligations. You definitely don't have to be the loudest voice in the room. Many of the best students are the ones who simply keep pushing. May your degree bring you into a fulfilling career that is a joy to blossom in.

Well you’ve be wrong, d******. In all seriousness I finished my bachelors at 38 with 7 AA’s. And they said I lacked focus. You can do this.
