Congrats! You have the path... just stick to it and accelerate as you can. Be sure to talk to your doctor about keto and your situation. Keto causes bodily changes that are not good for everyone. My personal recommendation is simply to emphasize fruits, vegetables, and fowl. No red meat. No carb heavy stuff like chips, crackers, bread. Cut out prepared / processed foods. Try to minimize foods with cholesterol, saturated fats, salt, and sugar. Cut overall carbs as much as you can.
