A recent video has captured the hearts of many, featuring a deaf puppo enjoying the fireworks display. For many dogs, the loud noises and bright lights can be a source of immense stress, but this particular pup seems to be an exception, delighting viewers with its joyful reaction.

One user commented, "I'm so happy to see there's at least one pup who enjoys the fireworks!" This sentiment echoes the relief and happiness that many dog owners feel when their pets are calm during such events. Another user observed, "Certainly he can feel the explosions? He seems happy enough, though. Maybe a bit confused. Seems like a thoughtful thing to do." This highlights the consideration given to the pup's experience, ensuring it remains positive despite the sensory input.

Interestingly, some users shared personal anecdotes, like one who mentioned, "I must say, when our sausage dog lost his hearing, it was a real boon around the 4th and during thunderstorms. He had a really bad time of it, otherwise." This underscores the unexpected benefits of deafness in pets during noisy celebrations. Another user fondly remembered their basset, Roscoe, stating, "My basset Roscoe loved fireworks. He would get furious if there were fireworks and we dared to exclude him."

There were also thoughtful reflections on the broader impact of fireworks, with one user noting, "Glad one critter's enjoying the fireworks! Guarantee you basically every other critter in that neighborhood is not. A lot of wildlife gets injured and killed that way, bats and birds panicking and flying into windows trying to escape the noise coming from all directions." This comment serves as a reminder of the need for responsible celebration practices to protect wildlife.

The video also sparked discussions about the sensory experiences of dogs. One user humorously stated, "Huh. I was told that dogs couldn't look up," while another said, "Dog: Mama! The sky is exploding and it's very pretty!!!!" These playful comments add a light-hearted touch to the conversation.

Overall, the video of the deaf puppo enjoying the fireworks has not only brought joy to viewers but also opened up important discussions about pet care, the impact of fireworks on animals, and the unique ways pets experience the world around them.

My basset Roscoe loved fireworks. He would get *furious* if there were fireworks and we dared to exclude him.

Glad one critter's enjoying the fireworks! Guarantee you basically every other critter in that neighborhood is not. A lot of wildlife gets injured and killed that way, bats and birds panicking and flying into windows trying to escape the noise coming from all directions. Fireworks are cool, but they need to be limited to single big shows that the animals can get away from, if that. Not a bunch of potentially-drunk people setting them off all over the place.

Inlike that there’s no sound. Appropriate

I have 2 deaf cattle dogs. Thunderstorms and new years celebrations are zero stress when we're not home.
