Imagine never having seen a rainbow before. It's a phenomenon we often take for granted, but for two exchange students, Alyssa and her friend, this experience was completely new and awe-inspiring. In a soul-stirring video that has taken the internet by storm, these students captured their genuine reactions as they witnessed a rainbow for the very first time.

The video begins with Alyssa's voice filled with excitement, encouraging her friend, "You can do it, you can do it!" As they both gaze at the sky, Alyssa exclaims, "What is it?" with pure curiosity. And then, in an instant, the magic happens – a beautiful rainbow appears before their eyes.

Alyssa can't contain her joy as she shouts, "Rainbow!" and her friend joins in the amazement. They both notice that the rainbow is partially hidden, adding to the mystery and wonder. Overwhelmed by the beauty before them, they repeatedly express their disbelief and astonishment.

As they continue to soak in the breathtaking sight, Alyssa suggests taking a selfie. However, her friend quickly dismisses the idea, fully immersed in the moment and not wanting to distract themselves from the natural wonder unfolding before them.

The video has sparked a flood of reactions and comments from viewers around the world. One user hilariously points out, "How? It's the same sky and same water." Others express surprise, with one person sharing, "TIL China doesn't have rainbows." This comment leads to a discussion about pollution and its impact on outdoor activities in certain regions.

Another user draws a parallel to a similar experience they witnessed, recounting the story of an Australian woman who became enamored with squirrels during her visit to the United States. They highlight how we often take for granted the unique aspects of our environment that may seem ordinary to us but can be extraordinary to others.

The video has also shed light on the environmental challenges faced in certain areas, as one comment suggests, "It's because in China they don't have air. It's pollution with some oxygen in it." This remark emphasizes the importance of appreciating the natural beauty that may be less accessible in certain parts of the world.

Among the comments, one sentiment is echoed repeatedly – the adorableness of the students' reaction. One user playfully exclaims, "{Checks comments} Can't believe no one has mentioned HOW FREEKIN ADORABLE." It's clear that the genuine joy and wonder expressed by Alyssa and her friend have touched the hearts of many viewers.

The video serves as a reminder to cherish the simple joys and natural wonders that surround us daily. It invites us to pause and reflect on the beauty we often take for granted. As one comment wisely states, "Stop and think for a moment at how many wonderful things you take for granted in your country that someone from another country hasn't seen or can't get."

So, the next time you see a rainbow, remember the pure amazement and happiness experienced by these exchange students. Let it serve as a reminder to appreciate the beauty of the world around us and to never lose our sense of childlike wonder. After all, even if we've seen countless rainbows, there's always room for one more moment of awe and gratitude.

The reason why indoor games like video games are so popular in China is because it's too polluted to play outside.

Reminds me of when an Australian woman visiting the US freaked out over squirrels. She never saw one in real life and thought they were the cutest thing. She chased them with her phone out trying to video them. To everyone else she looked crazy, but I'm sure we'd act the same way towards a koala.

To be fair, I've seen probably a few dozen rainbows and I still get super excited when I see another.
