Have you ever wondered what it would be like to cook a massive pizza on a construction site? Well, wonder no more! In a viral video titled "Lunchtime!", a group of creative individuals attempted the impossible and successfully cooked a gigantic pizza using unconventional methods. Let's dive into the details of this awe-inspiring culinary adventure.

The video starts with the team introducing a custom 4-foot pan and a smooth drum roller to roll the dough. To prevent the dough from sticking, they cleverly blew flour all over the drum using a leaf blower. In a display of cleanliness, they made sure to clean the roller drum, specifically the part that would come in contact with the dough.

To achieve the perfect crust thickness, they stacked two quarter-inch boards on either side, accounting for the thickness of the pan. This resulted in a 3/8-inch crust that worked out perfectly. The sauce was then spread using a concrete float, a technique that proved to be surprisingly effective. In fact, one team member even mentioned that if they had their own pizza shop, this would be their go-to method.

Now, let's talk about the toppings. Three full hard hats of mozzarella and pepperoni were sliced with a Milwaukee hacksaw. It's safe to say that this team knows how to make the most out of their construction tools! To bake the pizza, they built an oven using leftover blocks and bricks, using charcoal as the heat source. The sheer size and weight of the pizza required some creative problem-solving, as they used a cat to assist in getting it into the oven.

With everything in place, all that was left to do was wait and enjoy some cold drinks. After approximately 20 minutes of baking, the team couldn't believe their eyes. The pizza turned out to be a masterpiece, both in appearance and aroma. It looked and smelled amazing, leaving everyone pleasantly surprised.

Of course, a video like this wouldn't be complete without some entertaining comments from viewers. One person humorously commented that "Jarritos is for Tacos. You drink San Pellegrino with pizza," sparking a debate about beverage choices. Another viewer jokingly suggested that the first step to recreating this feat was to purchase $80,000 worth of construction equipment.

While some expressed concerns about the sanitary aspect of the process, others highlighted the fact that the combination of fire and heat kills most bacteria and viruses. However, it's important to note that chemicals, metals, and polymers may not be broken down by these low cooking temperatures.

Overall, the video showcased not only a delicious pizza but also the incredible creativity and camaraderie within this construction team. It's refreshing to see professionals having fun and bonding over a shared passion for culinary experimentation. Who knew that a construction site could be transformed into a pizza paradise?

So, the next time you drive by a construction site, don't be surprised if you catch a whiff of mouth-watering pizza. Just remember, this mind-blowing construction site pizza is the result of an extraordinary team and their innovative cooking techniques. Bon appét**!

Neat, but it just doesn't seem sanitary. When was the last time that construction roller went through the dishwasher?

Fire and heat kills most bacterias viruses, so from that aspect I would not be that worried. But chemicals, metals, polymers etc which are not broken down by these low cooking temperatures. Anyway, yum give me a slice, hunger always silences knowledge.
