On the right side of the image, a more recent photo showcases the same individuals, now presenting as women. The person on the left, bearing a striking resemblance to the man in the older picture, has embraced their true self. With shoulder-length hair and a pinkish dress adorned with a single shoulder strap, they emanate grace and authenticity. Standing beside them is their partner, the woman from the previous photo. She has embraced her own journey, now sporting short, curly hair and confidently wearing a dark blue suit with a bow tie. Their smiles are infectious, embodying their newfound happiness and self-discovery.

What makes this transformation even more inspiring is the fact that love has triumphed throughout this incredible journey. Relationships can be complex, and it's not uncommon for couples to face challenges. However, in this case, the couple's love has withstood the test of time and transformation. Their bond has only grown stronger, proving that love knows no boundaries and can transcend societal expectations.

It makes sense- in my experience people tend to be drawn to people like them. Even in ways they don't consciously notice. And getting into a romantic relationship often makes people suddenly more aware of their gender and its expression. Combine the two, and a couple eggs getting together and then cracking while still together is more likely than you think.

The short one still uses she/her in addition to they/them, just for reference.

I know a married couple where the hubby came out as a trans woman at about the same time the wife came out as bi. The marriage survived and they are now living their best lives as lesbians.
