In a scene that has sparked a wave of humor and nostalgia, an Evergreen cargo container has been spotted causing a roadblock, echoing the infamous Suez Canal incident of March 2021. This image, taken from inside a vehicle, vividly captures the amusing spectacle of a large green shipping container branded with the word "EVERGREEN" in white capital letters, positioned squarely in the middle of a bustling street.

The container, hauled by a white truck with the partially visible words "SAN MARAS" on the front, has drawn a barrage of witty comments online. One user quipped, "Every masterpiece has its cheap copy," while another humorously remarked, "Everstuck." The scene's uncanny resemblance to the Suez Canal blockage, which saw the Evergreen's cargo ship obstructing the canal for six days, delaying an estimated $10 billion in shipping per day, hasn't gone unnoticed.

Adding to the urban tableau, a person donning a black helmet and shirt rides a white sc***** alongside the container, with the license plate "OX P 342" clearly visible. The backdrop features a modern multi-story building adorned with a design resembling the number "2010," amidst lush greenery and partly cloudy skies.

This comical déjà vu moment has led some to joke, "Classic evergreen," and others to explain the scenario for those missing the punchline. One commenter dryly noted, "They're really funny when you have to explain them," while another added, "If it has to be explained, then it's not a good joke."

The Evergreen container's roadblock has not only revived memories of the Suez Canal incident but also highlighted the lighter side of urban traffic chaos. This humorous snapshot serves as a reminder of how quickly history can repeat itself—sometimes with a twist of comedy.

To explain the joke, in March 2021, Evergreen's cargo ship blocked the Suez Canal for six days. They got fined a half-billion by the authorities in Egypt, and delayed an estimated 10 billion US dollars in shipping per day stuck.
