So for starters we would put the wrong signs out so we could charge customers more money. Like charging a dollar more a pound for thin slice when it's thick cut

We did prepackaged chicken where we would marinate them and vacuum seal the packs and put them out. This is a note from management telling us to take the expired packs and mix it in with the new batch and put it back out on the shelf with another 25 days on it

This is just raw chicken sitting on top of organic grass fed beef.

This is a co-worker rinsing off expired marinate chicken so that we can use it for kabobs or satays.

This just really pissed me off. We would come in to the department after the managers opening and find all of their dishes in the sink like this.

FP Edit: So since everyone liked my post I will tell you more. This store was a top shopped store for the region. We would lie to people and sell beef as bison. when there was mold on the chicken my manager told me to rinse it off and marinade it for the case. Our in house bacon would get so old that we had maggots growing in them one time. All of these issues I reported to my immediate leadership, store leadership, and regional executives. In return for my genuine concern for public health/safety they forced me out of the store. The only thing I did not do is show them all of these pictures that I took!
